Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver outpatient therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment in Pittsburgh. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families, provide individualized sessions, and develop safety and wellness plans.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
