Job summary

Regina's Safe Alliance (RSA) seeks a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-focused therapy for crime victims in Georgia, under the Clinical Director. The role offers hybrid work with in-office sessions in Marietta, GA (30060) and remote options, part-time up to 20 hours weekly.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with partners to support clients’ recovery while adhering to licensure standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Georgia license (LMSW/LCSW/LAPC/LPC) is required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (internship ok).
• Experience with evidence-based trauma-focused interventions.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with policies and regulations.

Job Overview

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of crime victims? Regina's Safe Alliance (RSA) is seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Therapist. Our dedicated nonprofit organization is committed to fostering emotional healing and wholeness for crime victims through trauma recovery and culturally sensitive practices. We proudly provide direct services at no charge to victims, demonstrating our commitment to our mission.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of our Clinical Director to deliver trauma-focused assessments and therapeutic services aimed at improving the psychological and overall well-being of victims of crime and violence in the state of Georgia.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, or LPC license in the state of Georgia.
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience (internship experience may be considered).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

The position allows for remote work, with required travel for in-person staff meetings, training, and community events. We are committed to providing all employees with a safe and supportive work environment.

Schedule:

• Part time hours (up to 20 hours per week)
