Trinity Health seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, and referral assistance to BHIS providers. The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and a temporary Iowa LMSW license, plus mandatory reporter training within 30 days.
The employee will collaborate across teams to address complex psychosocial needs and support family well-being.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Provides the following services to clients including: conducting face-to-face assessments; establishing diagnoses; making treatment suggestions; ordering Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) services (when indicated); and, assisting with referrals to BHIS providers. Provides mental health, substance abuse, trauma, and personal growth related therapy services to clients. Responsibilities encompass the provision of advanced evaluative, preventive, therapeutic, restorative and personal care services to assist in meeting the complex psychosocial needs of clients and their families, thus enabling them to better utilize program services and resources in order to achieve their optimal level of change/well-being.
