Licensed Clinical Psychologist + Board Certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine + Educator + Clinician + Researcher

Rhythm Wellness is a boutique private practice in Houston specializing in behavioral sleep medicine—and we’re growing! We’re looking for a licensed therapist (master’s or doctoral level) to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. If you’re passionate about helping people sleep better and want to deepen your expertise in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), this could be a perfect fit.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking to specialize in sleep, with flexible hours and growth potential. You’ll provide evidence-based treatment for sleep disorders, primarily insomnia, to adult clients. Preference is given to those with CBT-I experience, but we’re open to training the right person with strong interest.

We’d love to find someone local to Houston who can be in-office at least one day per week.

Requirements:

• Licensed or license-eligible in Texas (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
• PSYPACT credential is a plus
• Able to work 15–20 hours/week
• Experience with CBT-I preferred
• Friendly, organized, and self-motivated with strong communication skills
