Job SummaryThe Staff Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional clinical services to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned, to help Josselyn achieve its vision of Mental health for all. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, quality and compliance responsibilities.Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 3 nights 11 AM - 9 PM and 1 night 11 AM - 8 PM OR Tuesday - Saturday: 2 nights until 9 PM required, Saturday 9 AM - 2 PMCompensation: $50,000 - $60,000 as determined by the department head and hiring manager with consideration to licensure and experience.Essential Responsibilities and MetricsProvides high-quality, evidenced-based services including therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client-centered consultation to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults and familiesMaintains direct service hours per month of 63% as measured by billable clinical services including sessions, consultations, assessments, and case managementMaintains timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, case management activities, consultations, and discharge documentation.Ensure documentation is completed within 72 hours from the date of serviceCreates IMCANS Assessment within 30 days of initial meeting with client and modifies/reviews as neededKeeps EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to dateCoordinates care with other clinical staff including internal and external providersAttends and participates at clinical presentations and all required meetingsIs responsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/paymentsParticipates in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate.Clinically related graduate degree, including a Master’s in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work or a degree which qualifies for a QMHP in the state of Illinois requiredActively working towards licensure as an LCPC or LCSW preferred but not requiredThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work
