Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Licensed Therapist / Counselor to provide outpatient mental health and substance use treatment for adults, adolescents, and families in a client-centered setting.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop trauma-informed plans, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, collaborate with psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary team, coordinate services with community partners, and maintain precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional authorized to provide therapy to diverse age groups and families.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Experience or competence in trauma-informed care and substance use treatment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaborative care.
