Position Summary
Katie's Way is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist, or similarly licensed mental health professional to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, military members, veterans, and families. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care and measurable outcomes.
Candidates with experience serving military populations, veterans, trauma survivors, and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and PTSD are strongly encouraged to apply.
