Job summary

Katie's Way Plus in Anchorage seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver individual and family therapy and coordinate care for clients with diverse mental health needs.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current Alaska state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with PTSD is highly desired.
• Strong clinical skills in conducting therapy sessions and providing behavioral health services.
• Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in data collection, assessment, and documentation of client progress.
• Familiarity with medical records systems and electronic health records.

We are seeking an Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to all of our clients near Anchorage.
