Anchored Roots Mental Health is a private practice located in Dunkirk, MD, dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting healing and personal growth through meaningful therapeutic relationships. Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid, 1099 contractor position with flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to build and manage your own caseload within a supportive private practice setting. We are especially looking for clinicians who specialize in working with children and adolescents but welcome all applicants.

Qualifications

• Provide individual therapy/counseling to a caseload of clients using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Conduct initial intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and regularly evaluate progress toward client goals
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
• Clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
