Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Work Environment: Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday (evening hours required)
Compensation: $57,500 - $68,000 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience) + $5,000 Hiring Bonus!
About The Role:
As a Primary Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges.
