Job summary

The Enhancement Center PC, a behavioral health provider, invites a licensed mental health therapist to join as a contract clinician offering flexible scheduling, telehealth, and a hybrid work option from a personal office or home. You will deliver individual outpatient therapy to diverse clients using evidence-based practices and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Licensure as required by New Mexico law (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience providing psychotherapy with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with DSM coding, mental health terminology, clinical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient counseling sessions to the types of clients you'd like to see, from your personal office setting.
• Independently manage your schedule to best meet your needs and the needs of your clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Document treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards using Theranest EHR.

Join our dynamic mental health team as a dedicated contract Mental Health Therapist, where you will play a vital role in providing therapy to diverse populations. • Experience working with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems for efficient patient care documentation.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining ethical standards aligned with clinical guidelines.

• Active LPCC or LCSW or LMFT license in New Mexico (Required)
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rio Rancho, Albuquerque or remote work from anywhere, with a NM license.
