Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Mental Health Technician for part-time evening shifts. The role supports a therapeutic environment for adults and adolescents under RN supervision, with two 12‑hour shifts or four to five shorter shifts weekly.
You will assist with patient care, lead activities, monitor safety, and respond to crises using de‑escalation techniques as part of a dedicated treatment team.

This position is part-time with every other weekend rotation. Part-time would be two 12-hour shifts per week.
The hours for this position are:
6:30 pm - 7:00 am (Two 12-hour shifts per week) OR
6:30pm - 11:00 pm (4-5 shifts per week)

The Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction and role modeling to patients ranging in ages from adolescent through geriatrics. All MHT's work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
