Provident Behavioral Health seeks a Lead Mental Health Technician to mentor staff and lead inpatient psychiatric care. You will oversee the therapeutic milieu, patient activities, and unit procedures to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

You will collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment, respond to emergencies, and ensure documentation and safety compliance across the unit.

Formación

• Leadership and mentorship ability with experience in inpatient psychiatric settings.
• Strong crisis/emergency response and behavioral management skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic milieu operations, unit procedures, and patient observation practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation and attention to safety and compliance.
