The Bradley Center, the psychiatric and behavioral health arm of St. Francis - Emory Healthcare in Columbus, GA, is hiring a patient observer to support patient safety and implement therapeutic milieu and treatment plans.

Under RN supervision, you will observe patients as required to maximize safety and assist with unit-receptionist duties to ensure efficient nursing operations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's in psychology/social work preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire required; NCI/Non-violent Crisis Intervention or facility program within specified time frame required.
• Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent including education equivalent to completion of secondary school or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role. AND Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Preferred)

Certification

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire (Required) ad NCI -Non-violent Crisis Intervention or current program Within Facility-Specified time frame (Required)

Experience

• Prior Experience working in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting (Preferred)
