Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents patients’ physical, physiological, and behavioral status toward treatment goals.
• Reports observations to supervisors per procedures and standards.
• Provides care that promotes safety, comfort, and a supportive environment.
• Participates in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Attends group sessions, trainings, and staff meetings.
• Engages in ongoing professional development via educational programs and workshops.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and crisis support.
• Serves on hospital committees or project teams to enhance care.
• Demonstrates core standards of exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Duties may be added or changed by management.
