Mental Health Technician

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Missouri is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents in Waynesville, MO. Responsibilities

• Assess patient behavior and document observations

• Escort patients and assist with daily activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
• Provide de-escalation and physical intervention (training provided)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age
• 1+ years of healthcare, behavioral, or social services experience (preferred)
• Background in psychology, human services, nursing, or social work is a plus
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends
• Physical ability to assist with patient interventions
