Benchmark Behavioral Health System, Inc. seeks a Mental/Behavioral Health Tech to support youth through trauma-informed care and engaging activities.

You will assist residents in psycho-educational groups, therapeutic tasks, and coaching social skills, while maintaining safety and consistent supervision. The role offers comprehensive paid training, benefits after 31 days, 40 hours PTO by day 90, holiday differential pay, shift differentials, education reimbursement, 401(k) with company match,

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED; Bachelors' degree preferred, but not required, in a human service field or working toward a degree
• MUST be at least 21 years of age or older to apply
• MUST be able to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen
• Resiliency - being able to manage stress in a dynamic environment
• Consistency - being a dependable and consistent presence that our residents can count on

Hourly rates from $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on education and relevant experience PLUS generous additional pay of $2.00 to $4.00 per hour depending on the day and shift - see below for shift details

Your role as a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT/MHT) provides services to our residents through:

FULL-TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Day Shift: Sun - Thurs (6am - 2pm) + $4.00 per hr differential on Sunday

Weekend Shift: Friday & Saturday (6am-2pm), Sun & Monday (2pm-10pm)

PLUS choose your 5th (8hr) shift + $4.00 per hr shift differential on Fri, Sat & Sun & $2.00 on Monday
