Baptist Health in Little Rock is seeking a Mental Health Technician IHA to join the Resource Team Behavioral Services. This PRN role supports patients and families with basic care, monitoring, and hygiene, collaborating closely with the care team on a 0630-0630 schedule.
The MHT will bring compassion and excellent human interaction, with strong verbal and written communication, good organization, and a willingness to learn new healthcare skills.

The primary function of the MHT is to assist the patient and family with basic patient care, monitoring, hygiene, and to help ensure care is complete. The MHT works as an essential part of the patient care team. As the member who spends most of their time in the presence of the patient, compassion, caring, and excellent human interaction skills are necessary along with excellent communication skills both to and from the patient and family, and to and from the rest of the healthcare team.
