Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Las Vegas, NV seeks compassionate Mental Health Technicians to provide direct, life-changing care alongside nursing and clinical teams.

You will monitor patient behavior, document changes, assist during escalations, maintain a safe environment, and help with therapeutic activities. Shifts include day and night; high school diploma required, 6 months behavioral health experience preferred, BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience in a behavioral health or acute hospital preferred.
• Previous experience working with special needs/autism experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Strong observational skills, physical stamina, and a patient, judgment-free demeanor.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
