Job summary

River Park Hospital LLC is seeking full-time Mental Health Technicians to join our behavioral health team in Huntington. The role includes 40 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in installments at 3, 6, and 12 months.

River Park Hospital is a 165-bed facility delivering acute inpatient services to diverse age groups, including a 22-bed residential program for youth and a 25-bed forensic unit.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Assure and improve quality care by facilitating safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Protect confidentiality of patient care information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient rounds for routine and heightened observation.
• Interact therapeutically to decrease crises in the care setting.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to support positive outcomes.

Mental Health Technician Opportunity -

River Park Hospital is hiring for full time Mental Health Technicians (MHTs)! The full-time position offers 40 hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position offers a $2,500 sign on bonus!

The sign on bonus is paid out in the following increments:

• $500 at 3 months
• $1000 at 6 months
• $1000 at 12 months

• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months experience in a mental health setting preferred
