Job summary

Mindful Health is seeking a Mental Health Technician to supervise patients in a treatment setting across Texas locations, including Rockwall, Greenville, Heath, San Antonio, and Georgetown. The role supports safety, therapeutic activities, and crisis intervention under supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of related experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients, promoting safety and therapeutic environment.
• Assists patients with daily activities and crisis intervention as needed.
• Leads milieu activities with therapy team.
• Records patient observations following procedures.
• Participates in patient treatment groups and school activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Assists RN with vitals.
• Maintains clean, safe, secure environment.
• Adheres to institutional policies and safety standards.
• Pursues ongoing professional development through training and workshops.
• May liaise with patients, families, or external facilities.
