Job summary

High Focus Centers in Pottstown is seeking a Mental Health Technician / Driver to support daily program operations, provide client transportation, and assist clinicians in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and values teamwork; requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with clean record, and at least 21 years old. Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements and safely transport clients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a behavioral healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from programming using company vehicles.
• Monitor and supervise clients to promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Support clinicians and program staff with daily program operations and activities.
• Welcome and orient new clients to program expectations and schedules.
• Maintain documentation and communicate client updates to the team.
• Respond to crises by following safety protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as needed.
