The technicians provide counseling to individuals, monitor treatment, lead recreational groups, and assist with daily living activities while ensuring client safety and recording progress accurately. Community outings are included to engage clients in social and leisure activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in Mental/Behavioral health.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individual clients and monitor treatment.
• Lead or co-lead recreational groups and support daily living activities.
• Accompany clients on community trips and monitor health and safety.
• Maintain accurate and adequate records.
