Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated behavioral health aide to observe, report, and document patient signs and changes, and to interact therapeutically with patients in a hospital setting. The role supports social and recreational activities, group therapy, and patient teaching groups, using CPI techniques as appropriate.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, report, and document patient signs and changes to charge nurse.
• Interact with patients therapeutically.
• Assist with social, recreational activities and patient teaching groups.
• Use CPI techniques appropriately.
• Make rounds on assigned patients at least every half hour.
• Participate in unit-based process improvement activities and committees.
• May include on-call duties as requested.
• Complete all mandatory training per facility policy.
