Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the MHS provides direct patient care and participates in a therapeutic milieu.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Licenses and Credentials: [Specify any required licenses or credentials if applicable]
Experience: One year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting; 1-2 years preferred. Previous experience in direct patient care is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and successful completion of Epic training within 30 days of hire with a minimum score of 80% on modules.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, foot use, and visual and auditory capabilities as specified.
