Job summary

Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Westborough, MA, a 117-bed psychiatric facility, seeks staff for evenings (3 pm–11:30 pm) on a full-time schedule. A $3000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; psychology background preferred.
• Experience in inpatient/outpatient behavioral healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient observation and rounds per policy.
• Observe progress and report observations to staff.
• Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide supervision of patients' activities.
• Demonstrate integrity, compassion, respect, teamwork and excellence.

• Conducts patient observation and rounds according to defined policy and procedure

Requirements

Education and/or Licensure:
