The Adolescent Mental Health Technician position offers growth opportunities in the mental and behavioral health field through skill development in de-escalation, understanding behaviors, rapport building, and problem solving.
As an active member of the treatment team, the Mental Health Technician (MHT) provides continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent patients. Responsibilities include leading group activities and assisting with milieu management. The work is under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
