Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Technician in Bryn Mawr, PA. This full-time position offers three 12-hour shifts per week, with days or nights, including weekends.

You will collaborate with Psych Nurses to ensure safe, quality care and support for patients in an inpatient unit. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, observing behaviors, and responding to crisis situations in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• One year of psychiatric experience on an inpatient psychiatric unit or comparable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BA in Psychology or equivalent degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Take and monitor vital signs.
• Observe patient behaviors and respond to crises.
• Plan patient activities and/or support groups.

Full Time, 3 12-hour Shifts Per Week: Days (7AM-7PM) / Nights (7PM-7AM)

Weekends: 2 out of 4 Weekends - Days (7AM-7PM) / Nights (7PM-7AM)

Experience:

One year of psychiatric experience on an inpatient psychiatric unit or comparable experience preferred.

Education:

• 2. BA in Psychology or equivalent degree preferred.
