The Shift Supervisor acts as a working leader, overseeing daily operations, documenting coaching conversations, and participating in staff orientation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug testing.
• Must meet state and facility eligibility for residential treatment employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to adolescents and technicians on assigned shifts.
• Schedule staffing and ensure appropriate coverage and ratios.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic milieu and enforce policies.
• Respond to crises with appropriate intervention and document incidents.
