As a working leader, you will coach staff, ensure staffing coverage, and participate in the interdisciplinary treatment process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
• Must meet all applicable state and facility eligibility requirements for employment in a residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to Mental Health Technicians during assigned shifts.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to assigned staff.
• Ensure daily schedules and programming are followed consistently.
• Maintain the safety and security of clients, staff, and the facility.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to adolescents receiving treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
