Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring Mental Health Techs for part-time positions (7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, 11p-7:30a) to support our Doylestown, PA campus.
This position requires an every other weekend commitment and offers a part-time benefits package.

The Mental Health Technician participates in observing, reporting, and recording patient behaviors under nursing supervision. Responsible for helping to provide a safe and secure environment for all patients and staff, in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Foundations Behavioral Health offers innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents, and young adults. Established in 1964, it provides treatment in a homelike environment on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. The organization offers a full continuum of care, from hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.

Must be at least 21 years old and have one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in an area of human services (e.g., psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, education, or family therapy).
Or
High School diploma or GED plus at least 2 years of paid or unpaid experience in a human service field involving direct contact with individuals receiving services (e.g., coaching, teaching, case management).
Must be compassionate about caring for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and understand effective behavior management techniques to enhance communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
Respiratory Fit testing is required for the job.
