Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring Mental Health Techs for part‑time day shift (7am – 3:30 pm) to support our Doylestown, PA campus. This position requires an every other weekend commitment and offers a part‑time benefits package.

The Mental Health Technician participates in observing, reporting and recording patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing. They are responsible for helping to provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Must be compassionate about the care and safety of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Demonstrates an understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and utilizes effective behavior management techniques to increase communication, socialization, and daily basic living skills.
Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job.
