Centennial Peaks Hospital in Louisville, CO, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Tech to support inpatient psychiatric care and crisis intervention under RN supervision. The role focuses on creating a safe, therapeutic milieu, observing patients, recording treatment information, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• One year of psychiatric patient care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis management and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient information for treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Conduct crisis interventions when needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and group activities.
