Perimeter Behavioral Health’s Primrose facility in Saint Robert, MO is seeking compassionate CNAs to join as Mental Health Technicians. You’ll work 12-hour day or night shifts, support adolescents in a structured, trauma-informed residential program, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible CNAs will have Missouri CNA certification, be at least 21, and embrace a commitment to helping youths heal and grow. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift, bend, and assist with resident care.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build positive therapeutic relationships with adolescents.
• Observe, document, and report resident behaviors, moods, and physical conditions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Obtain vital signs and assist with routine medical care.
• Escort residents to meals, school, therapy groups, and appointments.
• Teach healthy coping skills and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention.
• Assist with physical interventions only when necessary.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
