Universal Health Services in Austin, Texas is seeking a Mental Health Tech to assist with direct patient care across ages, supporting medical and behavioral needs as directed by the treatment team. The role includes supervising ADLs, facilitating activities, and helping with therapy and education sessions.

You will document daily patient progress, provide crisis intervention, and implement behavior management per the treatment plan.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• Prefer one year's experience in a rehabilitation, psychiatric, or similar setting.

Mansioni

• Assist with direct patient care and supervision of ADLs.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavior management as directed by the treatment plan.
• Document patient behaviors, condition, and progress daily in prescribed format.
• Support therapists and teachers with therapeutic and educational activities.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with activities on and off unit.
