Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon, is seeking Mental Health Specialist II, III or IV to provide clinical services to children, adults and families, including screening, assessment, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.

This exempt, full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance up to $4,000, a $5,500 signing bonus, bilingual premium after language test, and support for licensure and professional supervision.

Qualifications

• MHS IV requires doctorate or licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• MHS III requires a Master's in a human services field.
• MHS II requires a Bachelor's and enrollment in a Master's program within 4 months of hire.
• Certifications from DHS as Mental Health Investigator are required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to children, adults and families including screening, assessment, individual and group therapy.
• Actively participate in case planning and coordination with agency staff and partners.
• Engage in supervision sessions and contribute to program development.
• Perform civil commitment processes and after-hours crisis work as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete required paperwork per OARs.
