Community Counseling Solutions is looking for Mental Health Specialists II, III, or IV in Arlington, Oregon. Candidates will provide comprehensive behavioral health treatment and work closely with community partners to meet cognitive and social needs.

Mental Health Specialist II, III or IV

1 FTE; expectation to work 40 hours a week. Exempt or non‑exempt depending on education level.
Clinical Supervisor
MHS IV (B12) – $73,900 to $111,600 annually. Requires Doctorate or Licensure (Exempt). MHS III (B11) – $67,500 to $101,200 annually. Requires Master's. MHS II (B09) – $56,700 to $82,700 annually. Non‑exempt; must possess bachelor's degree and be enrolled or willing to enroll in a Master's program within 4 months of hire.
Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) and the mission and values of CCS. Works closely with other community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community.
Must pass all criminal history checks required by ORS 181.536–181.537 and OAR 410‑007‑0200 through 410‑007‑0380. Additionally, a monthly pre‑employment background check will be conducted against OIG, GSA exclusion lists and other applicable federal and state lists; exclusion will result in immediate termination.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance for privately owned vehicles used for CCS business (client service, office travel, meetings, trainings). Proof of liability coverage of $300,000 or more for bodily injury and $100,000 or more for property damage is required for the duration of employment. CCS insurance is secondary; the use of a CCS‑owned vehicle may be denied.
Essential duties require use of computer and phone systems, typing, reaching, standing, walking, occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds, and various vision abilities. The on‑call rotation may involve shift work with less than optimal sleep. Work may be performed outdoors and in uneven terrain; there may be exposure to loud noise and travel.
Work is performed in an office environment as well as in community settings (homes, clinics, hospitals, etc.). Noise levels may vary, and travel may be required, including occasional overnight stays. Some locations may lack handicap access, and emergency response may require operating in uneven or dangerous terrain.
