Key Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health services across three residential treatment facilities
Support treatment planning and therapeutic engagement with residents
Participate in crisis response and on-call rotation
Collaborate with residential staff and interdisciplinary care teams

Support staff with behavioral health guidance when needed

You will provide services across three residential treatment homes:

Pioneer Guest Home – 16‑bed residential treatment facility (Enterprise, OR)
The Joseph House – 5‑bed residential treatment home (Joseph, OR)

Required Qualifications

QMHP certification or higher licensure
Active Oregon license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Experience working in behavioral health, residential care, or community mental health
