Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Must be licensed or certified to independently practice social work.
• US citizenship required; English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical social work services within MH RRTP as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify veterans' needs across mental health, medical, and social domains.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans with veterans and families.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Coordinate admission, transition, and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
