Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest, part of Scripps Health, seeks a compassionate Clinical Social Worker with a Mental Health focus to join our acute care team. You will support high-risk patients and their families, addressing personal and environmental challenges that impact care.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with RN Care Managers to ensure safe, timely discharges, help with program planning, and address housing, mental health, and substance use issues.
