Qualifications

• One year of experience providing security services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access points and assess physical security.
• Conduct video surveillance monitoring and interior/exterior patrols to identify breaches or unauthorized individuals.
• Provide emergency response, call for assistance, and manage patient conduct as needed.
• Support behavior management, including monitoring patient status and assisting with restraints if necessary.
• Develop and implement security protocols and stay informed on applicable laws and regulations for mental health security.
• Coordinate patient movement, transportation for in-house and off-campus appointments.
• Prepare clear incident reports and related documentation.
• Provide customer service and support to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with patient admissions, mail processing, contacting authorities, distributing badges/keys, and collecting evidence for investigations.
