• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN license or registration in good standing

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes in status
• Documents administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs to improve patient experience
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic patient treatment plans
• Interfaces with healthcare providers and community support systems to coordinate ongoing care for specialized groups
