Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, MS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Day Shift (7A-7P). The 36-hour work week includes full benefits and the potential for overtime, with possibilities to cover other shifts if requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience in mental health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the hands-on delivery of patient care in the assigned unit.
• Provides, directs, and guides patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for specific patient population served.
• Ensures that high standards of professional nursing are maintained.
