Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, MS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Day Shift (7A–7P). This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates are welcome to apply and overtime opportunities may exist.

You will provide hands-on patient care in your unit, participate in teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the patient population served, while upholding high nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of experience in mental health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery of patient care in the assigned unit.
• Provide, direct, and guide patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the patient population served.
• Uphold high standards of professional nursing and support hospital goals and quality initiatives.
