HCA HealthONE Mental Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting in Aurora, CO. You will assess patient conditions, document care, and respond promptly to requests while working with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

You will ensure continuity of care by coordinating with providers and community resources, supporting patients and families throughout the care

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN diploma or associate degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift.
• Document care in the medical record promptly and accurately.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and strive to anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to tailor and deliver holistic care.
• Act as the interface between healthcare providers and community support for ongoing care.
