Pay rate ranging from $18.25/hr. to $22/hr. depending on certifications and shift differentials (overnights and weekends). Hiring immediately! No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right individual!

The Role: As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion. Drive our company vehicle to attend social outings and activities with our clients!

Per diem/relief MHRT direct care positions available in Gardiner, Maine. This position allows flexibility to fill in for shifts and the pay is at $14.75/hr.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or over
• Active driver's license
• Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
