This per diem position offers flexible scheduling and on-the-job training, with full-time roles paying between $17.50 and $21.25 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active driver's license is required or must be obtained.
• Direct care experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support aging adults with persistent mental health challenges in a residential setting.
• Assist clients in achieving personal plan goals using positive reinforcement.
• Administer medications and promote client community integration and inclusion.
• Drive the company vehicle to attend social outings and activities with clients.
