Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program approved by the accrediting agency and licensed.
• English proficiency for direct patient care as required by policy.
• RN license active and unrestricted in any US state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health nursing care in outpatient/clinic settings and oversee follow-up visits.
• Coordinate care with Addiction Services and Clozaril monitoring.
• Lead as access champion through consult management and care coordination.
• Educate patients and document treatment plans; manage triage and scheduling.
