Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree as required for MH Practitioner.
• Meets MH Practitioner Qualifications per MN guidelines.
• 245I.04, Subd 4 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/reassessment and risk level evaluation within scope.
• Plans and conducts educational/therapeutic activities per treatment plan.
• Advocates for patient rights and supports safety procedures.
• Engages in supervision with Clinical Treatment Supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational therapy, therapeutic recreation, music therapy, dance therapy or social/psychological area
