The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field and MH Practitioner qualifications under MN § 245I, with preferred 2+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified therapy or social/psychological fields.
• Meets MH Practitioner Qualifications per MN § 245I.04, Subd 4.
• 2+ years in mental health field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate educational and therapeutic activities for patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of MH Professionals.
• Assess risk, functioning, and programming needs; document assessments.
• Lead groups and one-on-one activities per treatment plan; collaborate with team.
• Advocate for patient rights and follow safety procedures; participate in supervision.
